To get to know you and your fitness goals, we’ll begin with a fitness consultation to plan a comprehensive workout designed to help you in your fitness journey.
Together, we will tailor a program that fits your schedule, preferences, and abilities. We are committed to providing personalized attention to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.
Consultation is approximately 60 minutes.
Personal Training Sessions
Whether you're looking to maintain your current level of fitness, or ready to take it to the next level, we will guide you every step of the way. With a focus on technique and proper form, we ensure that you get the most out of your workout.
We will provide you with the guidance and motivation you need to reach new heights in your fitness journey. From strength training to cardiovascular exercises, we offer a variety of workouts to keep you engaged and motivated.
Personal Training Sessions are approximately

Group Training Sessions
Working out with friends can be motivating and fun! Cfit offers group training sessions for up to 8 individuals at our facility. These workouts are perfect for those who are seeking a challenging and varied workout experience.
Times and dates may vary.
Currently we offer group sessions Tuesday/Thursday mornings 8:45 - 9:30am and Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm.
Group Training Sessions are $10 for each session, and when you purchase 10 sessions up front, receive 1 session FREE!
